Meet The Founders

Founded by Dan Allen and Ed Ross, the same fellas behind TradeMutt workwear, TIACS was built because they saw the gap firsthand. Too many good people were falling through the cracks because help felt too hard, too expensive, or too complicated.

Through TIACS, you can get up to eight free sessions with the same counsellor, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 10 pm AEST. No scripts. No ticking boxes. Just real chats when you need them most.

Such An Important Message

That message has never been more important. The industry is losing workers to suicide at rates more than twice the national average. Most of us have known someone who’s struggled. Maybe you’ve even been there yourself.
